Movement
Adapted sport is our core: it sustains the body, autonomy and morale.
Story, values, governance and legal information — get to know us better.
Fafa Training was born from a simple observation, made by the Mediterranean: many older people give up moving — afraid of falling, lacking adapted activities, or simply feeling alone. A few volunteers passionate about sport decided to organise free, accessible and friendly sessions in Argelès-sur-Mer.
Step by step, the association broadened its action: alongside sport, we met isolated elders, some of them homeless, often lost when facing administrative procedures. So we developed human support and a free information guide to help them stand up for their rights.
Today, Fafa Training is a place of movement and solidarity. Our purpose is explicit: to organise, practise, promote and develop the various physical and sporting activities, while supporting the most vulnerable older people. The team is run by volunteers and our accounts are presented every year at the General Assembly.
Our mission: to enable every older person to stay active, connected and informed — whatever their age, physical condition or means.
Adapted sport is our core: it sustains the body, autonomy and morale.
Everyone is welcomed with respect, with no condition of means, origin or religion.
We leave no one behind, least of all isolated or homeless elders.
Accounts presented every year, volunteer governance, honest and independent information.

Sport coaches, companions, administrative helpers: the strength of Fafa Training is volunteers mobilised on the ground every week.
Yes. Fafa Training is a non-profit association (loi 1901), registered in the RNA under number W661005973, with SIREN 851 521 617 and SIRET 851 521 617 00015. However, we are entirely independent: we are not CESU, URSSAF, or a government service.
Our sessions are free or pay-what-you-can depending on the activity, so they stay accessible to all budgets. A small annual membership may be requested to cover insurance. Contact us for details.
Donations are entirely allocated to the missions: sport equipment, supervision, solidarity actions for elders and the publication of the information guide. The team is run by volunteers.
