Non-profit (loi 1901) — RNA W661005973

Empowering older lives through sport and solidarity.

Fafa Training is a French non-profit based in Argelès-sur-Mer (Pyrénées-Orientales). We develop adapted physical and sporting activities for seniors, support isolated and homeless older people, and publish a free guide to help everyone understand social benefits in France.

Important notice

Fafa Training is an independent association. Our guide is purely informational and free of charge: this is not the official website of CESU, URSSAF or any government body.

Our mission

Ageing well — active and surrounded by others

We believe that movement, social connection and clear information are the three pillars of dignified ageing. That is why Fafa Training acts on several complementary fronts.

Adapted sport for seniors

Gentle gymnastics, Nordic walking, balance and strength: organising, practising and developing physical and sporting activities adapted to everyone.

Our sport sessions

We support older people who are isolated, homeless or struggling with housing — with listening, presence and guidance.

Who we are

A grass-roots association rooted in Occitanie

Fafa Training is a non-profit association governed by the French law of 1 July 1901, registered with the French authorities under RNA number W661005973. Our office is in Argelès-sur-Mer, in the Pyrénées-Orientales. We work alongside volunteers, families, clubs and institutional partners to meet the concrete needs of older people.

Our belief is simple: there is no age limit for moving, connecting and standing up for your rights. We put adapted sport at the heart of our work, while never forgetting the most vulnerable — those who live alone, on the street, or far from the information they need.
